Gino Gosiaco is the newest member of the Building Specs Hawai‘i team, joining the company in December of 2021.  Before becoming a home inspector, Gino worked as a real estate agent while living in Las Vegas from 2007-2016 and then as an electrician when returning home to O’ahu from 2016-2022.  His time as both an agent and electrician provided him with valuable insight that he now utilizes in his profession as a home inspector.  In fact, Gino decided to become a home inspector due to his time as realtor.  As a realtor, Gino realized the importance of the home inspection process.  He worked with inspectors that created stressful situations through their lack of knowledge or inability to properly explain findings as well as those that provided valuable information and answered client questions with ease and detail.  It is Gino’s goal as a home inspector to provide valuable information in a comfortable setting that will help to make for a smooth process.  Gino is certified through InterNachi and is currently working towards his ASHI certification.  In addition, to his online certification, Gino completed a 6 month apprenticeship program in which he trained directly under members of the Building Specs Hawai‘i team to learn how to inspect properties with the most detail, care and to the highest industry standards.

Gino is a 2001 graduate of Saint Louis.  He is born and raised in Waimānalo where he continues to reside.  He loves the ocean and can often be found paddling or surfing.  He is currently in training to become a City and County of Honolulu Firefighter.
